How can we help you?

FAQ

Order & Cancellation

What is the ordering process?

After adding products to your shopping cart, you can complete your order by proceeding to checkout. To do this, you will need to enter your name and address, and then select a payment method.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that your order is being prepared for shipment. As soon as your order has been packed and processed, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information.

Can I change my order?

Yes, of course. As long as we haven't shipped your order, you can request changes or cancel the order completely.

How do I cancel an order?

You have a 14-day right to cancel your order after receiving the goods. Simply send us your cancellation notice by email. Then, just return the unwanted goods to us.
The right of withdrawal also applies if we have not yet sent the goods to you.

Shipping & Returns

We usually ship with DHL or GLS. Larger packages such as boards and board travel bags are shipped via a freight forwarder or DHL Express.

What are your shipping conditions?

Orders over €100 ship free within Germany. For orders under €100, we charge a flat shipping fee depending on the total weight of the products in the order.
For bulky items such as boards and larger travel bags, shipping costs will be charged even for orders over €100 and shown at checkout.

Shipping costs are always calculated and displayed at checkout for shipments to EU countries and third countries.

If you cancel your order and wish to return the goods, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. However, we will refund any shipping costs you paid for the original delivery, provided you paid shipping as part of your order.

Do you also ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to both EU countries and third countries.

For shipments to non-EU countries, we handle the customs declaration. Upon receipt of the goods, you will receive a notification from the local authorities and may be required to pay customs duties and local VAT before delivery. In some countries, such as Switzerland, the shipment is delivered directly, and you will subsequently receive an invoice detailing the applicable fees.

Orders from Switzerland

What costs will be incurred?

Since January 2024, no import duties are levied on deliveries from Germany to Switzerland. This means that upon import, you only pay Swiss VAT and a processing fee, but no customs duties.

We prepare the shipment for import so that it arrives directly at your home. You can easily pay the fees later via an invoice that you will receive separately from the relevant Swiss authority.

How does the return shipping process work?

Should you wish to return goods you have received, please ensure that you complete the CN23 form and label the shipment as a "goods return". Attach the CN23 form, along with two copies of the commercial invoice, to the outside of the package in a plastic sleeve.
You pay for the return postage.
