Is your billing address in Switzerland? Then you can shop at net prices in our F-ONE PRO SHOP. This equates to a saving of 19%. Our system automatically recognizes that you are visiting our online shop from Switzerland and displays the prices directly in CHF, deducting the 19% VAT.

Our system automatically calculates the shipping costs for delivery to your home. After we receive your order, we prepare everything for import and submit the data to the relevant authorities. You don't need to do anything else. Your order will be delivered to your door. You will then receive an invoice from the shipping provider for the applicable fees.

For the import of goods with a value exceeding CHF 150, Swiss VAT of 8.1% is payable.
Since January 2024, there are no longer any import duties on leisure goods. This includes kites, wings, foils, and surfboards. A small handling fee may be charged by the shipping provider for import processing.

Would you like to purchase the goods from our shop or have your online order sent to an address in Germany and then handle the export yourself?
No problem, you simply need to have the export confirmed by German customs. Then you send us the export document and we will refund the VAT to your account via bank transfer.
For online orders, the billing address must be in Switzerland.

Should you wish to return unwanted goods, simply contact us beforehand and we will assist you in preparing the shipment.
It is important that you fill out the CN23 form and mark the shipment as a goods return. Then, attach the CN23 form, along with the commercial invoice we issued, to the outside of the package using a clear plastic sleeve or bag. This ensures that the return shipment goes through customs without any problems and is delivered directly to us.
We will of course refund any returned goods. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
